IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the Corona process, a quota system has been implemented for shipments, and orders are accepted according to the daily quota. Therefore, orders are dispatched based on the purchase date. Your orders will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) at the latest after bank approval. Depending on the distance to the delivery address from ELVAN MAĞAZACILIK A.Ş., the shipping company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.

Delivery times for custom-made products may vary depending on the manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of any inconvenience caused by us, you will be informed based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays and feast days.

All the products you choose will be delivered to you with the ELVAN MAĞAZACILIK A.Ş. guarantee by the contracted courier companies we work with.

The products you purchase will be notified to you by a confirmation email. In case any of the selected products are not in stock, an email will be sent to you regarding the issue, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be notified to you.
