Terms of Use, General Rules, and Legal Responsibilities Related to the Use of the Website

In the following written cases, the site management may block the member's site usage and reserves its legal rights regarding individuals or persons involved in the following attempts:

1.a. Recording information on the site that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading, contains expressions contrary to general moral rules, and is contradictory to the laws of the Republic of Turkey

1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, either partially or entirely

Likewise, the User cannot use personal information belonging to others, such as IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, on the Internet, nor can they access or use them without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability arising from such use.

1.d. The use of software that threatens the security of the site, disrupts the operation of the site and software used, the deletion, alteration, or acquisition of information, attempted or otherwise, that may obstruct the operation of the site or threaten its security

2.a. All intellectual property rights such as trade name, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information, and methods, whether registered or unregistered, on https://www.elvan.com.tr belong to the site operator and the owner company, and are protected by national and international law. Visiting this Site or benefiting from the services on this Site does not grant any rights regarding these intellectual property rights.

2.b. The information on the Site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented, and/or transferred in any way. The entirety or part of the Site cannot be used on another website without permission.

Responsibilities

3a. Information of users visiting https://www.elvan.com.tr (visit time, duration, viewed pages) is tracked to better serve them. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising, etc., in compliance with privacy conditions, to expand and improve the content. 3.c. 3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on https://www.elvan.com.tr, the User's use of https://www.elvan.com.tr may be temporarily or permanently blocked by https://www.elvan.com.tr, and/or their account may be closed.

3.e. The User cannot take actions that prevent or hinder other users or visitors from using https://www.elvan.com.tr, cannot install or force automatic programs on servers or databases, cannot engage in fraudulent activities. In case of violation, the membership will be terminated, and the user accepts any legal and criminal liability that may arise.

3.g. The User cannot delete or remove Copyright, Trademark, and all kinds of notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on materials copied or printed from https://www.elvan.com.tr.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion process can be done by the user through https://www.elvan.com.tr. The access authority to the site will be revoked for the user who ends their membership. The person who cancels their membership acknowledges that this process is irreversible.

3.j. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.m. Specific sections of the site may have different rules and obligations. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.o The user acknowledges and undertakes that the payment information (such as credit card, GSM number, etc.) used for shopping on the website is accurate, and accepts that any legal and penal responsibilities arising from these are their own.

4. Notification Addresses

4.b. Unless changes to their current email addresses are communicated in writing to the other party within 3 (three) days, it is agreed that requests made to the old email addresses will be deemed valid and considered received.

4.c. Furthermore, any notification sent by https://www.elvan.com.tr using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have been delivered to the user one (1) day after the electronic mail is sent by https://www.elvan.com.tr.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions of this participation agreement, and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
