Warranty Conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. To ensure the validity of warranty conditions, please inspect the product upon delivery. In case of any damage, do not accept the product without recording it on the delivery report. Any alterations made to the product, deformation, or disruption of the original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

In the event of a defective product purchased from our website, you must contact us through the online support section of our page within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the defective product will be replaced with a new one via the courier company. If the product defect arises from customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or replaced. As for the conditions of product returns and exchanges, practices are based on the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077. In bulk purchases, returns are not accepted if there is no damage to the products. Exchanges will be made for damaged products.
