Do you offer corporate sales on your site?

Yes, we do offer sales to corporate customers on our site. To make wholesale (corporate) purchases, you'll need to register through the link provided for the wholesale section. Click on the distributor application, enter the necessary information (tax office, tax number, company name, etc.), and then click on the registration button at the bottom. Your membership will be approved shortly after registration. Once your membership is approved, you can easily place orders.

Your orders are delivered to the cargo company we have an agreement with within 1 business day, depending on the warehouse workload (especially during holiday periods).

What should I pay attention to during delivery?

When the cargo is delivered to you, please check the condition of the package with the courier. If there is any damage such as crushing, deformation, moisture, or potential damage to the product, please open the package with the courier and check the condition of the items. If you notice any damage to the products, please do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to prepare a report. The products with a report will be returned to elvan.com.tr by the courier company, and the replacement of the products will be handled by us.

How can I return a product?

If you provide the current number "661258321" to MNG cargo, the products will be directly returned to us. After sending the product, you can get the tracking number from the courier and inform us via our WhatsApp line (+90 549 786 52 56) so that we can track the shipment.

What are the conditions for product returns?

You can see the return conditions below:

-The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
-The package of the product you want to return must not be damaged.
-If the products reach us in a worn-out, damaged, or defective condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return and may return the product to you. In this case, the refund of the product cannot be made.
-The product or products you want to return must be delivered to us in undamaged condition. If these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be made.
